One of our long standing clients was looking to convert the ground floor of a 2 terrace building in Sunniside, Sunderland, the arts quarter of the city, into a community venue and bar.
From the initial site survey to the company branding, we were involved in all the key creative and technical processes, working alongside a team of builders, electricians and joiners to deliver this unique and functional venue.
The scheme boasts bespoke window seating with integrated USB charging points, crate-style cladding that flips up to form additional tables, a bespoke resin and concrete cast bar, a bespoke glass balustrade, a private mezzanine level, functional kitchen and art wall.
This wonderful venue is now open to the public and hosts free community activities, comedy nights, corporate events and a nice place to grab a good coffee or something a little stronger.
